Preparation Process

1. Genesis Tamer Snapshot

• Snapshot of Genesis Tamer holders will be taken on September 27th, 8 AM (GMT+7):

2. Eligible Wallet List Announcement

• The wallet list of eligible Genesis Tamers, Premium & Discovery Package buyers will be announced on September 27th, Afternoon (GMT+7): .

3. Link Email To Your Wallet

• Eligible Genesis Tamer holders, Premium & Discovery Package buyers must link their email to their wallet on our official website (https://ragmon.gg/) by September 30th, 8 AM (GMT+7).

• That particular email you link will be used to receive email containing coupon numbers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a 24-hour lock on changing your email and wallet address on our website, so please act quickly if you need to make any changes.

Coupon Claim Process — Starting From October 1st

1. Receive Coupon Number Via Email

• Coupon numbers will be sent via email to the designated email addresses.

• Each coupon number will consist of 10 characters, combining both letters and numbers (e.g., 6VLS3UMSRT3OXLW).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Only one coupon of the same type can be registered per UID (in-game ID). If you receive multiple coupons of the same type, you’ll need to distribute them across different UIDs. It’s recommended to have multiple UIDs if you have several coupons.

However, different types of coupons can be used on a single UID. For example, if you have both a ‘Premium Genesis Coupon’ and a ‘Discovery Coupon,’ you can register both on the same UID. But if you have two ‘Premium Genesis Coupons,’ you cannot register both on one UID.

You don’t need to separate your Genesis Tamers across multiple wallets, as you can receive multiple coupons linked to one email associated with several Genesis Tamers or Package buyers.

2. Find UID (in-game ID) to Register Coupon On

• Users who received a coupon number can register it on our website. Remember, only one coupon can be registered per UID (in-game ID).

• To find your UID in the game app: Navigate to Settings → Account and click on where your UID is displayed to automatic ally copy it.

3. Register Coupon Number to UID on Website

• On our website, there will be a section where you can enter your in-game ID (UID) and coupon number for registration.

  

• Once registered, you’ll see the coupon in your in-game inbox.
