PVP Mode
PVP Leaderboard (MMR Leaderboard)
The PVP leaderboard ranks players who plays with Full NFT Deck only based on their MMR – the higher your MMR, the higher your rank.
MMR increases with victories and decreases with losses.
eZENY rewards are distributed each era based on leaderboard rankings.
This season will be composed of three eras – early, middle and late era.
Eligibility for MMR Leaderboard:
Only players with a full NFT deck can participate in the MMR leaderboard and earn eZENY rewards through the leaderboard rankings.
Players with even one game-bound Ragmon in their deck are not eligible to join in the rankings but can still play and enjoy the PVP mode.
Decks with combination of Ragmon NFTs and Game-bound Ragmons are not permitted for leaderboard participation but will be able to play and earn eZENY chest boxes through victories in PVP battles.
Full Deck Requirements:
A full NFT deck must consist of only Ragmon NFTs and spells (up to 5 spells allowed).
Including a game-bound Ragmon will not permit for the leaderboard requirement.
Battle Options in PVP Mode
Players will have two battle options in PVP mode:
Rank Mode (Full NFT Deck Required):
Affects MMR based on battle results.
Allows participation in the leaderboard for eZENY rewards.
eZENY chest box drops available upon victories.
Normal Mode (Open to All Players):
No impact on MMR, hence no rankings or eligibility on the leaderboard will be given through playing this mode.
eZENY chest box drops is available upon victories in this mode depending on how many Ragmon NFTs you have in your deck.
Matchmaking
Matchmaking is separated based on the type of deck used:
Rank Mode: Matches only with full NFT deck players.
Normal Mode: Matches with all other players, regardless of deck composing.
eZENY Leaderboard Rewards
The ranking reward pool will include 1,000 players per era.
Rewards increase each era as the season progresses.
Refer to the image below for detailed eZENY reward allocations in this coming season.
PVP Leaderboard Updates During the Season
At the start of the season, during the early era, there will be two leaderboards:
In-game Leaderboard – Shows Crystal Rewards based on rankings.
Web Leaderboard – Displays eZENY Rewards based on rankings.
By the time we reach mid era, the leaderboard will be updated:
The leaderboards will merge into a single leaderboard showing only eZENY rewards.
The Crystal Reward leaderboard will be removed.
eZENY Chest Box Drops
Players using Ragmon NFT in their decks can earn eZENY Chest Boxes upon victory in PVP battles:
Both Rank and Normal Modes can drop eZENY chest boxes if played with deck that contains Ragmon NFT.
Playing with full game-bound Ragmon decks will only drop normal chests without eZENY.
Key Points:
Players can earn up to 10 eZENY chest boxes daily.
Rewards inside the chest box vary based on luck and rank.
Check drop rates can be viewed via “Box Tier” button in the lobby of game.
After receiving 10 x eZENY chest boxes, user can still obtain normal chest boxes without eZENY in them upon victories in PVP battles.
Chest Opening Time:
eZENY chests open within 30 minutes based on box tier.
Normal chests (without eZENY) take much longer to open, up to 24 hours.
Boss Invade Mode
Boss Invade Mode is a competitive challenge mode where players are ranked based on the highest damage dealt to a boss monster in a day.
Rewards in eZENY are distributed daily.
Rankings reset every day for new challenges.
Ranking resets 12PM GMT+7.
Daily rewards are distributed everyday between 12PM to 2PM GMT+7
Leaderboard Requirements
Only players with a full NFT deck can participate in the leaderboard rankings for eZENY rewards.
Players using game-bound Ragmons can still play this mode but cannot earn rewards.
Full Deck Requirements:
For boss invade mode, a full NFT deck must consist of only Ragmon NFTs and 1 spells (7 Ragmons + 1 spell only).
Including a game-bound Ragmon in the deck will not permit for the leaderboard requirement.
Daily Play Limits
Players get 5 free attempts daily.
Only the highest single-damage score is recorded.
Additional attempts (up to 10 in total per day) can be purchased using Crystals or eZENY.
Example: If you deal 50, 100, and 150 damage, your score that will be recorded in leaderboard will be 150.
Rewards
Rewards are distributed to the top 1,000 players.
Higher ranks earn larger rewards.

Anti-Juggling and MMR Decay Rules
In the 2nd Regular Season of Ragnarok: Monster World, we’re introducing new rules to ensure fair competition and consistent gameplay while addressing issues related to juggling and camping.
NCR Rule Removed
After analyzing data and feedback from the previous season, we identified that the NCR (Non-Combat Readiness) rule was:
Overly complicated and difficult to calculate.
Unfairly penalizing honest and active players.
To create a simpler, fairer, and easier-to-follow system, we have completely removed the NCR rule starting this season.
Instead, we’ve introduced MMR Decay and Anti-Juggling Rules to promote active participation and fair ranking practices.
MMR Decay Rules
To prevent camping and encourage consistent gameplay, the following MMR decay system will be applied:
Daily PVP Rank Match Requirement
Players must play at least 10 matches in the Rank PVP mode within 24 hours to maintain their MMR.
Playing normal PVP mode will not qualify for the requirement.
Eligibility
Applies only to players with MMR above 1,600.
The 1,600 MMR cap may be adjusted during the season based on gameplay data and juggling patterns.
Decay Rates
5% deduction on normal days for inactivity.
15% deduction during the last 3 days of the season to prevent high-rankers from camping at the top.
Flexibility for Updates
The deduction rate, MMR cap, and match requirements may be updated based on data analysis and season progression to maintain fairness.
Anti-Juggling Rules
To eliminate reward exploitation and maintain integrity in rankings, the following anti-juggling rules will be enforced:
NFT Transfers
Transferring NFTs out of your wallet during the last 3 days of an era will result in disqualification in leaderboards.
Applies to any NFT that has contributed to at least one victory during the season.
NFT Lockdown
All newly transferred NFTs (purchased or moved) will be locked for 24 hours and cannot be used in battles until the lockdown ends.
Suspicious Activity Monitoring
Accounts showing unusual or suspicious behavior may face:
Temporary bans on accounts or NFTs.
Investigation of win rates and match activity for patterns of juggling or camping.
Examples of suspicious activities include:
Prolonged inactivity followed by sudden play spikes.
Inconsistent win rates that indicate potential manipulation..
